Aspect Landesign is a specialist Landscape Design Office producing Plans using CAD and 3D software.

The Landscape Design Process would involve at least three meetings.

Firstly, a meeting with the Client to discuss their requirements and budget and to assess the site. During this meeting a quote for the Design Fee can be given.

Secondly, the presentation of concept drawings which will show the Client the ideas we have for the Garden. At this stage any modifications needed could be discussed and agreed upon.

Finally the presentation of the finished CAD Drawings. These would normally be on A1 sheets, to scale, and with any detail required for the job.

Factors influencing the Design Fee include the size of the site, the terrain and slope of the land, existing features, the availability of site and house plans and the Client's brief.

Our Fees are based on approx. three to five percent of the estimated total cost of the job and a firm Quote can be given after the site inspection.

Once we have completed the Design we can provide Clients with a number of options:
1. We can project manage the job, including calling for and assessing quotations and then overseeing the works until completion.
2. Or we can recommend suitably qualified contractors for the job.
3. We can also tailor the the Design to suit Clients wishing to do the work themselves, providing a job schedule and a list of materials and suppliers.
4. We are able to suppy Clients with top quality plants at a substantial discount to retail prices.
